Yet another workshop…(yawn)
Why would anyone want to come?
Well, for a start, I’ve worked in the corporate world for 30 years. I’ve been part of large teams and projects and run teams across multi-sites. So I’ve been there, done it and worn the T-shirt as regards Communication, Human Interaction and Personalities.
Secondly, I am now a therapist, which was almost a logical step from my final corporate role as a Learning and Development Specialist. So I’ve run group workshops on soft skills but I now work with the deeper psychological scripts than run our lives. I guess you could say that I know the deeper programming behind the soft skills that we all need to be successful.
Well, those two points are pretty good. But are they enough?
My final point is that I have always been passionate about helping people achieve their potential. For the HR managers reading this, the correct term is ‘Thinking Performers.’ Every business needs them, every business relies on them. Very few businesses set out to create them.
By the way, my workshops are designed to do just that.
